The Valentine Tour Group

The Valentine Tour Group turned out to send the old Commissioner to the Deep South. The new Commissioner donned Donn's bucket hat to represent his newly assumed responsiblities. (Note the coordinated look for Frank and Ralph - they go shopping together Friday afternoons at Oakbrook Mall.)
